How many USB disks can be protected?
It depends on the version you purchased. Different versions have different limits on the number of USB disks you could encrypt. For more details, please refer to the price list.
If you need to encrypt a large number of USB disks, please purchase the VIP version, which does not limit the number of USB disks that can be encrypted.
Please note if the USB flash drives are damaged, lost or in other cases, the consumed license will not be returned.
If the same USB disk was protected several times, only one license will be consumed.
When the number of USB disks exceeds the number of licenses, can I purchase additional licenses without repurchasing the software?
If you purchased the Premium/Enterprise/Enterprise Edition(No additional licenses can be purchased for the basic version), you can purchase additional licenses separately. Please contact us via email and tell us how many licenses you need.
Can I upgrade to a higher edition?
If you want more USB disk quota than the package has permitted, and the last purchase was within 3 months, you may upgrade the package by contacting us and paying the difference. If the purchase was more than 3 months, and you’d like to upgrade the package, you may contact us for a discount.
