What's your refund policy?

A " try-before-buy" version lets you make the best purchase decision and make sure that the

product is compatible with your computer system and meets all of your specific requirements. We

also encourage you to explore the product web pages to obtain comprehensive product information

before purchasing the full version.


Before you purchase a product, please choose carefully and make sure you buy the right program. We

do not refund your order or change your product simply because you have made a wrong selection.

If you encounter problems that you are unable to resolve, please contact Kakasoft support team

at https://www.kakasoft.com between 9 AM and 6 PM (GMT+8) Monday through Friday for a refund request within 30 days from the receipt of the product.


Additionally, a refund request will be rejected if we can change your program to another product

which can fix the issue with the product itself.

What's your upgrade policy?

Being a registered user of Kakasoft , you are entitled to a free copy of any minor updates to this product. For example, if you have purchased version 1.0 of the product, you will get all the further 1.x versions free.In addition, once a major revision of the software you have previously purchased is released, you probably need to pay an upgrade fee if you want to take advantage of this major update, since it may be combined with a significant amount of improvements and new features.

Is my order secure?

Yes, it is very secure to do business with us. The Payment platform we utilize is RegNow, which is branch companies belong to Digital River. Via the secure payment platform with SSL encryption, the order of your private information, such as credit card number, addresses and so on will be saved as confidential information and will never be disclosed without your specific permission. How soon will I get my product?

After your order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order

sent from SWREG or RegNow, which contains all of your order data including your INVOICE or

RECEIPT. An order request will also be sent to our database by email. As soon as we received the

order request, a registration e-mail will be sent to you afterward in two hours or so. Then you

can download the program from the URL and register it with the Registration Code which is

contained in the registration email.
If you order a CD version, the CD will be shipped within two business days after receiving your

order. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery (US) or 4 weeks for delivery (overseas). However, it

usually takes much shorter time. Besides, you still will receive a registration email and you can

use the program before the CD arrives to you.

What can I do if I haven't got my registration code after payment?

There are some reasons why this could happen. In most cases, it is because that the registration

email is held back as "SPAM" by your email provider.
